True Treadmill PS800 calibration error "fail 2" (Read 20 times)

Hi, I've had a true PS800 treadmill with orthotic belt for a while. I moved and tonight when I went to calibrate it, It starts up, the deck rises but it doesn't seem to get up to the max speed like it's supposed to, the deck goes back down, and I get the error "fail 2".  I've checked the wires and tried shutting if off and turning it back on to try to calibrate again.  Same results. This is annoying.  I'm calling True on Monday but for now, do you have an ideas?
