I have an interestig problem in that my feel are very small and I can't fit into men's running shoes. I normally wear woman's running shoes, and boys dress shoes to work....

Kids shoes are about 1/2 the cost of mens/woman shoes (the only benefit of having crazy small feet)......and I have been recently reviewing boys running shoes and am finding a few different pairs that would likely work for me (NB 992 and Asic 2130 and couple others)..

My questions - Is there a difference in in Mens/Woman running shoes and Kids running shoes in quaity?

Would a kids size 6 or 6.5 Kids size running shoe be the same as an adult size 9 or 10 in terms of quality, padding support and all the other things we runners need (for a specific brand)..

I doubt there's any difference if they are indeed the same model. My kids wear the 2130s and they look to be exactly the same material/construction as the adult 2130's that my wife has.
