Blair - I hope you post temperature in Celsius! That is cold.
Flavio - that looks similar to a hot 5k I once ran. I was pretty good for 3k, then the wheels fell off.

Me - still very busy, a small amount of running. My knee is getting better.

Started vacation a couple of days ago & busy visiting my wife's family & old friends, but managed a very easy jog in Santiago this morning. Having to cross busy streets every quarter mile and dealing with the smog reminds me how lucky I am to have the park I usually run in at home. Heading to Patagonia Tuesday. Happy holidays to all. Mon - 11.4 miles moderate, felt good
Tues - 6.2, stopping every half-mile for exercises
Weds - off
Thurs - skipped b/c sore throat & cold
Fri - travel day
Sat - 7.1 very easy jog
Total - 24.7 miles
