It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

2 weeks apart - 2nd one was my target race but I did about the same in both ... prob would have had a faster target race if I hadn't sucked that extra fitness up in the 1st one - but who can be sure? Either way - felt fine during, between, & after. Normal sore & tired. When you train properly, depending how hard you race the thon ... it's not really a biggie - IMO.
