Not exactly sick but had high blood pressure, put on meds. Kidney numbers have been high...I am ok just want to make sure its safe to train before I start.

Peach, I am glad you are getting the medical OK before you start training. Hopefully you are running now, last time we asked you said nothing about your transplant prevented you from training. You seem like in general a very positive person and you're certainly welcome to post in our weekly thread. It would be nice to know you beyond that you've had a transplant. Good luck with your training! |
