Wednesday Welcome Back Winter 3/20/24 (Read 34 times)

Thankfully, the cats keep it to lizards, birds, and snakes.  It's been many years since we've had a snake in the house, but the one time it happened, I went to the neighbor across the street (not where we live now) and demand he come take care of it.  It was just a garter snake, but it was a very well-fed garter snake.

    Trails are hard!

      greetings all!

Maggie and I went on the Tri-communityTrail.  About 4.5 miles and it was good for both of us!

As for dogs, mine has some of the natives  gone,, but the bunnies go everywhere in the night     She loves their dropping but Vet says "oh well, she's fine".

She has a couple of rabbits that did not get the hole in the fence QUITE right, couple of chipmunks, and a ground hog    Ground hogs can be nasty--they did a number on her jaw (she isfine, thankfully)

Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.

        Hello everybody!

It's always a good day when Stumpy posts.

I went 12 miles, today, including 9 at tempo pace.

By the time I get home and do the husband thing,

Like... washing the dishes?  Or... vacuuming?

Okay--that's all I got.  See ya!

I so agree. It is good to have a Stumpy sight.

Also, I enjoy how MikeE can just say casually, I ran 12 miles, 9 at tempo.

3 miles for me during my lunch break. Plus 3 miles of walking. It was a good day.
