It was cold and raining during the week, so I just ran on treadmill. Luckily, weekend weather was much better. Sunday was really nice, warm and plenty of sunshine.

Alexander - Yes, it was a wet week around here.  I wish it had improved one day earlier as I was racing a half on Saturday.  To answer your comment from last week, yes my slowest ParkRun was is slow conditions - snow.  Nice week of running for you.

My week was dominated by the RunAPalooza half marathon in Asbury Park.  I had a tough day, but rallied to finish in under 2 hours.  A race report is posted at the link below.  32.0 miles for the week.  I plan to run easy/recovery miles this week and then see if I can focus on some speed work.

Fred, thank you for sharing the link, I read the report. Difficult race, but way to finish strong! I have to say, I definitely do not like is running on boardwalk, especially when it is windy.  We have some Staten Island races that include longish boardwalk sections, and it is almost always windy there of course, near the ocean, and I always struggle with that. Just not my surface, too uneven, too bouncy and it just makes me dizzy.
