Everything OK? I hope you got good drugs. I'm betting RICE doesn't work so well in this instance...well, maybe the R and I parts...
Everything fine. Actually I am sort of doing the compression thing... well... I'm not letting them bounce around. Not sure how I'd crack the elevation part of the equation.
