Is there an way to predict 5k time improvement? (Read 6 times)

    Hi, my daughter is 15 and joined xc last minute. She really enjoys it and may drop her other sports to focus on it. My question is..is there a way to figure out how much she can improve for next season? She started training with the xc team this summer and has been improving nicely this season.  Her best time is 20:59 and her goal is to shave a minute off that for next season. Is there a way to "predict" if it's possible for her body type, etc? Thanks!
