I am itchy...after a few weeks of rest / limited mileage I am raring to go! Taking it easy for a week or so then will start throwing in some hills and repeats. Blaine, how's the book release going?

Feb 8K was a first of that distance for me (hence the PR!). I finished with gas in the tank after a frantic start. 2 min before the pistol, I suddenly required a porta-potty! Never mind why, just know that when I did hear the pistol go off, I used a 4-letter word similar to the situation. With about 3 1/2 elapsed, I crossed the start line alone, caught up to the back, and just enjoyed the rest of the race.
