All of these were segments with stops in the middle, per plan. All a bit faster but super comfortable. Felt great. Cool out and just amazing weather. Will have to adjust a ton due to temperature.
This was last run with a workout. Off to Colorado today and coming back at midnight tomorrow and then 3 miles super easy on Saturday with a few strides.
