Ran 14 down Gray, path, loop to add a few hills and back up Gray. 704 feet elevation gain.
8:20 pace. 50 secs stop at lights so pace more like 8:24. HR 157, good.
Kept all easy but pushed on the last 22 uphill miles.

Body feels very good. I think there is something about that Boston course that get very tough on the body.
Windy today and surely felt the wind on some of the miles. Not as nice weather as last week's.
