Not excited to run today. Cool (I like) and windy (24MPH, don't like).
Ran 2.4 miles to the track super easy @ 8:40.
Then ran 4 miles on the track @ 7:15. 151 feet gain, 114 loss (how is this possible, guess it is Arlington Heights). HR 167

Super controlled wanted to be around 7:25. Half was tailwind half was headwind which made it easier mentally.
The 1.7 super easy to get the legs cooled off up Oakland; 9:40
Happy with this. Effort was good for the pace in the tempo.
