Not motivated for this one, felt off to start, better as it went, looked at watch at end of song, never pushing.

This one was so weird the first 2 laps, like I did not have control over my legs, could not really lift them. Got back to normal the last 2 laps. Comfortable.
Then back home up the path and up Ashland

Was not excited to start this run this morning. Happy I did it. All easy the rest of the week and off to DC which will be fun.
