Warm, ran in shorts and t shirt, 2.3 @8:31, 123 ascent, 250 descent.
Then 4x1 mile @ 6:57; 6:55; 6:34; 7:03.
Was supposed to be 10K pace which my watch says is 7:02 (no way!).
Legs tired. Did not look at watch. Too fast on the 3rd and I paid in the last. HR in the 150s-160s. Just legs tired.
The 1.7 @ 8:55, 210 ascent mostly in last mile.
Happy that my legs are holding on. Have a tempo on Thursday but will go lower mileage this week and hoping for 20 on the course.
