FASD run.

No idea what to expect as I haven't done racing or lots of running in a looooooooong time. Goal was 40 minutes (4:00/km - 6:20/mi) but I hit the first km in 3:30 and never looked back.... =) Ran all by myself and won by a few minutes - not bad considering i didn't have anyone to push me i guess!
