Abbott Mt. and Knox Mt.
2 mountains and13 or more of this was trail. This was the hardest run of the year so far but also my favorite run of the year so far.Need to find one more river crossing to eliminate 4 miles of pavement.
Got a little wet and my entire body is spent. But so much fun.
Probably not running 20 tomorrow. But we'll see.
Oh and I got my strava March elevation challenge badge. 1500 meters climbed.
