Trail race. Fun. More later. Hot. Tough course.Big A PR.
So this went really well. It was not a goal race so the time was not of huge importance.
Got everything I needed to from it. I still have work left for my Vermont training but today showed me I'm on track in some areas and need work in others. Mostly positives from this though.
As difficult as this course it I absolutely love this race.
So much fun.
I have not seen the final results but I think overall I did pretty well.
