Not too bad. Just a few seconds difference from last week.
Maybe just a tad fast going out up the hill.
I felt a little better overall last week.
Didn't feel like it was my best effort, still had a decent race and got some speed work in.
I'll take that.
Great race for Egad. I'll get him next time though.
