Great day, really fun race. My goal was 36 miles in under 6 hours. The laps show just under 36 miles but close enough. All trail except for some dirt road around the fairgrounds. Only got lapped by one runner but she set the 6hr Canadian womens record today so i'm OK with that. 4th OA. i'm fine with that too. I love ultras. Took a little extra time at the aid station at mile 28 but I needed some soup. More later. Time to go to Gneiss.
