No substitutions, only skipped the extra vinyasas between the last few in standing sequence.

Balance is a good bit better than last week.

Doing the ashtanga too late makes it hard to get to sleep, so trying to do pre-run/walk - otherwise it doesn't happen until after dinner. Really need to move it to the AM - but we know how that goes. Progress not perfection.
