Notes
This was not a planned run. I set out to run 11 miles. I decided part way through to run 12 miles, and then near the end decided to go ahead and go to the Half Marathon distance so I ran the last mile after 11 back to the 10 mile point and then I ran it forward again back to the 11 mile point to make it 13 and then finished it off to make it 13.1 - MY FIRST EVER HALF MARATHON DISTANCE.
I stretched before and a lot after. My breathing felt good throughout, but my legs were really tired and kept getting more tired after the 10 mile mark. At the 10 mile mark I was exactly where my old 10 mile time was.
