    Notes:This was a very good run. It was really cold when we got there and at the start of the race, but once we got going it wasn't too cold. I ran with shorts and a dry-fit shirt.

    The post race left a lot to be desired. We finished early so it was not too bad for us, but they only had water in water cooler type stuff and ran out a little bit after we got ours. They served beer, fruit, sausage, nutrition bars, and pizza for post race food. There was also a booth that was giving away energy drinks.

    My left heel hurt a bit during the first mile, but then didn't bother me the rest of the way. The hill wasn't as bad as everybody said it would be.

    This was my PR at this time and I am very happy.
