Treadmill-rainy tornado outside. I felt so hot in the hotel fitness center. By the end of this I was pumping sweat. I miss my colder garage treadmill

Just trying to maintain my fitness here for a bit. Hiking trails aren’t open until Memorial Day and maybe I’ll want to do a trail race or something when things settle down too. Who knows but for now keeping it up. Pretty sure I will back off a lot from running in June July. Lots of travel, hiking, joined an adult volleyball league with Joe, gym time, and biking! Driving to Fargo tomorrow. I have a sore throat and very congested and not sure if it’s allergies or I have a cold or I’ve simply been living in a hotel room too much. I don’t feel sick.
