Terrain: Asphalt, Concrete, Track
Notes: Out to Neyagawa and into the East Bank Trail to the Church at Dundas. A decent mix of trail and asphalt path. The bulk of the run is on trails, but there are many twists and turns. It is easy to get lost. Stay right!
