at sharon woods with mcmillan and coach g... hills start at road by gorge and goes all the way up the golf course to the speed bump... then you run back down the gorge for recovery but it's not that slow... by the last one i was in a whole lot of pain... not used to all those hills... i felt like this was a very good workout but was very hard... pretty hot out and very humid.. absolutely killed mike in the workout
