Was going to go for a slow run but felt some bad energy, all the frustration of not being able to get a job seems to be getting to me today so i thought I put a little more effort into it today. Plus the crappy waves I was surfing before the run didn't help.
10:00 Legs felt surprisingly good after yesterday.
9:19 I'm I really running at this pace...it felt easy.
9:14 still feels good.
9:10 should slow down ?
9:09 I guess not
honestly the best run i've had in a while. I was running on the grass too which usually slows me down a bit. Plus it was hot as hell. Never felt I was pushing the pace...everything felt comfortable and had good rhythm. I'm all stoked now.
