2 full Kapiolani loops, 4.26 mile at 38:30, 9:03 pace. Felt like i was pushing a bit too hard so that's about right, I was aiming for 9:10 - 9:15. Should get in better tune with MP. Felt a bit lost without a GPS. 0.23 mile cooldown after. Everything felt good. It was hot though with barely any wind. Took the stand up paddle surfboard after for a quick session. Legs felt good, caught like 3 waves. Good fun!
