easy HR 125 - 130 first half, 2nd half 135-140...felt little bit fatigued at 8 miles....

This week ~ 33 miles in 5 runs, 3 easy runs, 1 stride, 1 tempo no long runs. Just feeling a little bit burned out overall, lack of sleep trying to finish manuscripts. Maybe some post 5K race blues. Hoping that next week will be better.
