Kapiolani Park, grass + dirt. somewhere between recovery + easy effort. Had the little mini bonk after about 15 minutes (Cup of coffee + granola+water+good dinner last night, so who knows whats up)...cleared up after water break. Legs feel sore and tired, as expected.
