6 x mile @10mm, last one @950 - 0.25 mile recovery ~ around 2.5 - 3 mins
1.5 mile cool down
Not really sure what pace to do this repeats at since its the first time, but i figure i'd keep it somewhere between marathon and half marathon pace. Don't want to burn out too much to fit at least 10 for today.
