ok run. HR screwy during warmup. Really had to work to get HR up the first 2.5 miles before the uphill at Montserrat. I didn't really keep track of George St. hill runs pre-marathon of the HR but i think its getting better. I'm really liking this route, both the 5 and 6 miler.
