Notes

Really good run. Met with the "Acadiana Striders" long run training group for the first time. It was a little faster than my normal easy/long run pace, but it felt good. Took a vanilla hammer gel w/ water around mile 4. Started feeling a little tight around my knees around mile 7-8 but felt better after stretching at a water stop. Blisters on left foot still giving me problems ... didn't really feel them until around mile 9.
