Felt really good so, I pushed this run to somewhat of a tempo run. I had a pretty nasty headwind for about the first half of this run, which I did not push the tempo on either. Just tried to maintain a fairly steady pace on the first half of run and push the last 2 miles. I really had quite a bit of gas left in the tank at the end. :-)
