Notes

Felt strong on the run again this year, in fact stronger than last year. There's a couple tough hills before the turn around, but i pushed up them pretty well. My run was 22 seconds faster this year than last.

Calves were extrememly tight by the last half mile or so, but was able to push through and they loosened up within 20 min or so after walking around after race.

Overall time 1:17:29 (2:08 faster than last year).
