ran around and took forever to get my hip and quad loose. stretched, did some form drills and by then was getting pretty dark and the lake wasn't a good option. ran over to the airport and ran on the small streets there. Not too bad except for having to dodge motherfucking racoons that'd get nervous and trot across the road when they heard me. Had to slow each time for them and must have been 8-10 of the shits. Was thinking i was gonna do a face plant and have the fucker was gonna start gnawing. After 2nd set, I couldn't get my hip to loosen and had to call it. New shoes yday, so hopefully pain will go away.

40 min wa w/ stretching, strides and exercises

2 X 2 mile (10:35-5:13/5:17, 10:35 (5:13/5:20) w/ 3 minutes active jogging

2 mile c/d.
