think I'm finally back in shape. first time I've been able to recover from a run in 2-3 hrs since late Sept. Been a crappy Fall. in race shape now and am excited for training. feel its gonna get a lot faster real quick, kind of like the jump i felt at the end of June. miles are easier, speed is accessible. just get it out a little at a time.
