not feeling good. very sick, legs really sore. first mile @ 5:30, 2nd at 5:30, 3 mile at 17. just not feeling good and the the soreness in my back was bad. kind of cruised through the rest of the miles. at mile 9 decided to just waltz in. mile 10 was 59 or high 58. just didn't care and just finished it off.
