5 mi wa/cd with 3 X 1 mile repeats (5:04, 5:04, 5:04 with consistent 76s 400s. active recovery between #2 and #3 at 2:30 min). had planned on 5 X 1 but the chafing was immense (blood trickling down the right leg after the first repeat. got through two more, but really painful running). Aerobic was fine.

feel pretty rested after around 130 miles this week. skipped tempo this week, but did a lot more progressive stuff in the middle of the easier runs and few more hills and repeats.. probably ok, but bigger week next one.
