Split in two parts with about 5 minute rest due to overheating from lack of ventilation in the place
9.3m at 1:00 (pretty good run with a warm-up and pushing from 9 to 9.3 to 9.7 to 10 with some incline added)
6m at 42:00 for warm-down.
Could've kept a 6:40 pace going forever (felt really good and kind of zoned in), but want to push a 3 hr run tomorrow if the weather breaks over 30F and certainly don't want to miss possible shorts outside.. Love this minnesota stuff.
