finished off all the year end performance reviews in the evening, then went for a run. long day of work and longer one tomorrow delivering all of them. tried something different today. ran on the creek trail. Did 6 one mile out and backs on the trail, then a loop of Nokomis. figured the repeition of the same trail (and reduced slush) would help. It was the wrong decision, but done now.
