hilly and kind of humid. Sucky little course. Nice, but a lot of 20-60 foot little ups and then straight left hand turns. both laps were 58. Third 20 miler in the last 6 days. Felt like crap at 18, which made sense without taking gels. Efffort was good, time is slow, but not a big deal. Tired legs and not fully recovered from Tues run and probably not from Sat HM.
