5 mile wa, 8 mile tempo, 3 mile c/d. Ran from home to Harriet, twice around Harriet, then getting dark and didn't feel like another loop so did the remaining two going home. cars and stuff on the road and two road crossings. Had to slow for cars and move from sidewalk to road and back over the curbs. Should've just done another loop of Harriet.
Ok tempo and should've just pushed more. Long run tomorrow.
