6 X 800 (2:23, 2:23, 2:24, 2:24, 2:25, 2:27) with 400 meter recovery. meant to do 2:30, but first laps were 1:10 for each first 4 and slowed on the 2nd. last two were closer at 1:13 first laps with attempted slow down.
4 X 400 meters with hard 80-90 meters on both straights.
real windy back straight, so ok with this. should have been easier, but what are you gonna do.
