12 laps at cordozo. felt pretty tough in second and third mile, but managed to finish okay and wasn't totally destroyed for the cooldown.
Was aiming for 7 minute miles, but was just setting pace by garmin's estimate, so ended up a little slow each time. Will just use a watch and do my own pace-setting next time. It's good practice anyways.
Garmin called it 3.07 miles, but I know better. How gps estimates long on a track, I don't understand, seems like it should be short if anything.
