felt tougher than it should have. lots of drinking last night might be the problem. Legs heavy, little pains here and there.
met oliver in sculpture garden to give him keys. ran to the capitol and then around the tidal basin before coming back by the monument - nice route except for all the traffic lights.
2 hours later: don't feel very good. think I might be getting sick... hope not.
