Anyways, I was trying to copy Kate's workout because I'm un-inventive. I only planned to do 4 since this is a big experiment. I started way too fast, but kept the recoveries short and did alright. The 400 was a dumb idea, and I think I was cramping on the way home because of it. Stupid muscles. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.
