Felt good. No warm-up (stupid), but intervals were easy, all at < 3:39. Slowest right on pace, down to 3:29.
Half miles not 800s, so actually a little longer.
Mostly shorter rest periods, complete recoveries.
Last 800 @ 3:18.
5 days before a marathon? Sure, why not?
