Notes
Foggy. I was overdressed and so hot after the first mile. I let the first mile go too slowly because I was running with Anna and Jennifer. Pulled ahead maybe a little more than half way through that mile. Val was with me for a bit but she pulled ahead just before I hit the first mile according to the Garmin. Really tried to push it as much as I could after that. Felt pretty hard but not brutal. Had some ankle pain by the end.

.1 - 8:22 pace
That third mile had an uphill bit so that's why it was over 10 minutes, but still mad. I wish I had gotten it under 10.
