nice morning with some sun. Calves very sore still. Took it pretty easy throughout the whole ride. zipped over to Sullivan's Island and did a nice loop by the fort and through the little village. so much quieter than Folly Beach. Will probably take tomorrow off from running to given how sore the calves are and ride again.
